Driebergen – Doorn – Leersum – Amerongen – Rhenen, 48 km

This is a short trail, connecting villages and most beautiful parts of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug, a sandridge covered in forest in the centre of the Netherlands. A nice route for late summer evenings, with views over rivers, history and many teahouses. The sturdiest sport hikers of NWB - the organisation that created this path - walk the entire trail between Driebergen and Rhenen in one day. The path is marked yellow-blue and there is a guide available.
